                              CLIENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES 

Welcome to Family Strengthening Coaching!  I look forward to our working together.  There are a few guidelines that I expect my clieints to maintain in order for our relationship to work.

FEE        Clients pay me a one month retainer on time prior to the beginning of a month's coaching, unless prior arrangements have been made.

PROCEDURE    My clients call on time.  Come to the call with "wins" and news.  Complete a client prep form and be ready to be coached.  The agenda is client-generated.

CALLS    Our agreement includes a set amount of calls per month; generally, three for Family connections or four for Individual work.  When there is a fifth week in the month, this will be a "no coaching" week.

CHANGES    My clients give me 24 hours notice if they have to cancel or reschedule a  call.  If you have an emergency, we will work around it.  Otherwise a missed call is not made up.

EXTRA TIME    You may call between calls if you need advice, have a problem or can't wait to share a win with me.  I enjoy delivering this extra level of service.  Email is an even better means of contact with me for any reason. 

PROBLEMS    If I ever say or do something that upsets you or doesn't feel right, please bring it up.  I promise to do what is necessary for your satisfaction.

A MUST    It is important for you to implement the coaching that is given to feel that coaching is a success.  You have hired a coach to do things differnetly than you ever have before.  Let's get started!
